The installation guide is as follows: Step 1: Place the deck plate gasket on the bottom of the new faucet. Step 2: Install the rubber washer and mounting nut onto the sprayer threaded mounting shank and hand tighten. Tighten by hand. Step 5: Attach the side spray hose to the center hole of the sink. Step 6: Attach the flexible lines to the shutoff valves and tighten with a wrench until secure. Do not over tighten.
